JOB TITLE: Private Client SolicitorPQE: 2+ years PQELOCATION: SuffolkSALARY: £Dependent on experienceOVERVIEW:• An opportunity has arisen within a reputable private client team in Suffolk for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to undertake a broad and varied caseload of private client matters. • You will have at least 2 years of experience working as a Solicitor or Legal Executive within a private client team within a leading regional law firm. • The team covers the broad remit of private client work including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. • As the appointed Private Client Lawyer you will be working within an established team dealing with often complex matters and be able to come in and hit the ground running with your own caseload of matters. • The role requires you to advise high net worth individuals as well as elderly clients and vulnerable clients, in addition to providing advice on succession planning you will also be required to deal with some court of protection matters. • Hybrid working available once successful completion of probationary period • Salary dependent on experienceHOW TO APPLY:Contact Cassie Huxtable at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
