My client, a leading law firm based in Ipswich, is seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE to join their dynamic and growing team.The Role: As part of this highly reputable firm, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages
Transfers of equity
New build transactions
Shared ownership
