Your work will include:

Handling registered and unregistered property transactions
Managing freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions
Dealing with re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy schemes
Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications

The Ideal Candidate:

A qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer with a minimum of 1 year PQE
Confident in handling a broad range of residential property matters independently, with appropriate supervision
A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage a demanding caseload efficiently while maintaining high levels of client service
