Experienced Wiills & LPA Lawyer required for an in-house role based in Suffolk. If you have STEP and 5 years experience in this area of law along with managing and developing a team we would be delighted to hear from you. The key areas of responsibility include:
- Overseeing and dealing with all aspects of the will writing and power of attorney services.
- All matters in connection with estate administration
- Aassisting with the training and development of junior members of the Team.
- Providing technical help and support to other areas of the business.
