This is a unique opportunity for a QA Lead to join an enterprise-level organisation and take the reins in establishing a brand-new QA function. This is a newly created role designed for an experienced QA lead to build and implement a robust QA framework from the ground up, ensuring that quality assurance processes are seamlessly integrated across the business. With no existing QA structure in place, you'll have the rare chance to shape and develop the function in your own vision, setting the standard for quality throughout the operation.

As the QA Lead, you will have full autonomy to define and deliver the QA strategies and frameworks necessary. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to introduce best practices, ensuring that quality and efficiency are embedded into every part of the development and operational processes. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement and creating a culture of quality excellence across the organisation. Over time, you’ll also have the exciting opportunity to build and lead your own QA team, supporting the growth of the function as it becomes integral to the business.

For this role we’re looking for a solid background within Testing and QA as a Manager or lead. Ideally, you will have worked on similar pieces of work in terms of setting up QA functions.
