Overview of the Role:

The successful candidate will join our conveyancing department as a residential paralegal having responsibility for their own files. You will work in a team and will report to the Conveyancing Manager.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Paralegal / Assistant with a minimum of 1 year in residential conveyancing;
  • Strong academic background;
  • A driven and self-motivated individual who can develop good client relationships, alongside delivering excellent client care;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Able to work independently whilst also being a team player.

The Basics:

  • 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Based in the Colchester or Ipswich
  • 25 days holiday per year
