We are working on behalf of an innovative international container transport and logistics service provider who are recruiting for an Operations Controller due to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Control, plan and monitor the export load
- Deliver quality service to the customer and cost-effective utilisation of the approved depot port and terminal vendors through effective communication, co-ordination and management.
- Provide weekly overdue list of asset type status reports to functionally accountable department for their action and follow up of any inventory integrity issues.
- To be effective in the follow up of any root cause creating service issues with customer or queries within terminal control.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar role
- Work as part of a close team and independently as required
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure when required
- Excel skills
- Good communication skills
