Team Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and organised Team Assistant to join our centralised Adviser Support team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to our Adviser team based in London and supporting the Reception function in Ipswich on a rotational basis. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide full administrative support to the Managers and their teams, including coordinating account openings for clients, preparing for client meetings, assisting with client communications.
  • Manage the main switchboard, directing calls to appropriate individuals or teams.
  • Greet clients and visitors at the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Take responsibility for the opening, scanning, and distribution of daily post to all teams, as well as the enveloping, stamping, and dispatch of outgoing post.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as required within the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A good standard of education, particularly in Maths and English.
  • Previous office experience is essential.
  • Experience in Investment Management or Wealth Management is highly desirable.
  • Strong client focus and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Confident and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to remain professional and maintain composure under pressure.
