- Oversee the end-to-end project delivery, ensuring a smooth transition from Sage 200 and EFACS to the new Group ERP system.
- Work closely with the Business Analyst to ensure all business processes are mapped, optimised, and aligned with the new system.
- Develop and own the project roadmap, defining clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ensure seamless data migration, system configuration, and process integration across departments.
- Lead the RFP process, working with stakeholders to define ERP requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Manage vendor selection, ensuring alignment with manufacturing operations, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- ERP Project Management Expertise – Proven experience leading ERP migrations, particularly from Sage 200, EFACS, or similar manufacturing systems.
- Business Process Documentation & Analysis – Ability to map, analyse, and optimise business processes, ensuring alignment with the new ERP system.
- Manufacturing Process Knowledge – Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain, inventory control, and finance operations.
- Data Migration & Integration Knowledge – Understanding of data structures, migration strategies, and system interoperability.
- Cross-functional Experience – This role works across manufacturing, finance, and IT, requiring strong collaboration skills.
- Experience with multi-site ERP rollouts across multiple manufacturing locations.
- Change management experience – ensuring smooth transition and user training.
