Do you have an eye for slick online retail or d2c sites along with an understanding of what makes them tick? You appreciate all of the nuances of e-commerce, from what initially gets a site in front of a customer, followed by the various factors that can make the buying journey as smooth and efficient as possible. Maybe you've worked in a similar role for a retailer, or have had related experience at a digital agency.

This E-Commerce Marketing Executive role is with a well established family business that has embraced the shift from bricks and mortar retail towards online, and currently have a thriving estate of shops as well as an increasingly active online presence. They are searching for someone who can help define and mould the company's future. The role will involve:

  • Conducting A/B testing to determine what resonates best with site visitors
  • Ensuring all websites are on brand as well as functional
  • Ensuring website optimisation to improve conversion rates
  • Working with internal parties to eliminate any obstacles in the customer journey
  • Working with external agencies to ensure CRO and SEO objectives are met
  • Using your skills as a wordsmith to produce catchy copy

Along with the experience mentioned above, it is likely you'll have a qualification in a digital or marketing field and experience working with external agencies. You'll also be at home with CMS systems and analytics tools.
