The role.
We have an incredible opportunity to join our forward-thinking technology clients who are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join their expanding marketing team.The ideal candidate will have strong content writing skills, a passion for graphic design, and expertise with social media.
Key Responsibilities.
- Craft high-quality content for website pages, newsletters, and marketing campaigns, while developing compelling copy for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, infographics, and marketing brochures, while collaborating with the design team to maintain consistency with the brands visual identity.
- Plan, create, and schedule content for various social media platforms; actively monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages; and analyse performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations for improving engagement.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects, and stay informed about industry trends to incorporate innovative approaches into marketing initiatives.
What we are looking for.
We are looking for candidates with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field, and 23 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management. Strong content writing skills and proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, as well as familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite. Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management abilities are also key to success in this role. If you have a background in technology, this would be a valuable bonus.
