Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for your next leadership opportunity?
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will manage a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, holistic care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of nurses, promoting best clinical practices and ensuring compliance with current healthcare regulations.
  • Manage staff recruitment, supervision, development, and performance.
  • Ensure service users, and when appropriate their families or carers, are fully involved in care planning and reviews.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with other departments and external partners.
  • Provide mentorship and educational support to staff, service users, and their families.
  • Oversee risk management and ensure adequate staff cover by planning effective rotas.
  • Participate in clinical audits, quality assurance initiatives, and contribute to the development of nursing care standards.
Essential Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse with post-registration experience in a clinical setting.
  • Completion of NMC-recognised mentor training or willingness to undertake.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to build and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex or sensitive information to service users and their families.
  • Knowledge of legislation within the care sector and best clinical practices.
