Role Overview:
As a Service Engineer, you will play a key role in providing expert service, installation, and maintenance support for our world-class slitting and rewinding machinery. This position is ideal for an experienced electro/mechanical engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to travel worldwide, supporting customers across the globe.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct installation, maintenance, and servicing of production machinery at client sites worldwide.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the International Machine Support Department to address technical issues and customer needs.
- Provide expertise in machine controls, including PLCs and A.C drive controls.
- When not on-site, work at the Ipswich factory on mechanical engineering, servicing, and repairs.

Required Skills:
- Strong background in electro/mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience in servicing and installing production machinery.
