- Monday - Friday Shift Role, inclduing days, lates and nights
- Heavy Machinery Expereince of Equivalent
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on rail vehicles.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose both mechanical and electrical faults.
- Work with large machinery, including rail vehicles, plant, and heavy equipment.
- Carry out inspections to ensure the compliance and safety of vehicles and machinery.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in a range of shift patterns, including earlies, lates, and nights, on a Monday to Friday schedule.
- Proven experience working with mechanical and electrical systems in heavy machinery, rail vehicles, or plant.
- A strong understanding of the maintenance requirements for large machinery.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
- A flexible approach to shift work, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Ideally, you will hold relevant certifications or qualifications in both mechanical and electrical fields (NVQ, City & Guilds, or similar).
