Excellent opportunity for a Production Manager to join a rapidly growing business, in a fast-paced role where you'll be overseeing a busy production facility, where you'll be a key player in department decisions.

In this role, you'll overseeing the smooth running of a busy production facility, ensuring products are made to a highly standard, within specification and in time for dispatch, you'll be managing a multi-disciplinary manufacturing cohort, dealing with Production Plans, ensuring H&S guidelines are always met as well as Continuous Improvement incentives.

THE ROLE:
*Managing a multi-disciplined manufacturing workforce
*Overseeing Production Scheduling/Planning, H&S , CI and Quality Control
*People management
*Product training

THE PERSON:
*Production/Manufacturing Management experience
*Any sector considered
*Previous experience working with Precision Engineering
*Experienced with the planning, CI and H&S
