Day to Day of the Role:
- Support the right first-time delivery of all contracts by ensuring that all elements required are available on each site primarily including labour, materials, and plant equipment.
- Check accuracy and issue the production Daily Diary detailing client, site address, labour, materials, and plant equipment.
- React and respond as required to short-term changes in site requirements or conditions.
- Record the actual volumes of material deliveries to all sites.
- Prepare and collate information required for site inductions.
- Arrange accommodation for delivery teams as required.
- Maintain and update company trackers.
- Arrange accommodation for employees.
- Run and produce department reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
- Confident phone manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong administrative skills.
