Logistics Coordinator

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Support the right first-time delivery of all contracts by ensuring that all elements required are available on each site primarily including labour, materials, and plant equipment.
  • Check accuracy and issue the production Daily Diary detailing client, site address, labour, materials, and plant equipment.
  • React and respond as required to short-term changes in site requirements or conditions.
  • Record the actual volumes of material deliveries to all sites.
  • Prepare and collate information required for site inductions.
  • Arrange accommodation for delivery teams as required.
  • Maintain and update company trackers.
  • Arrange accommodation for employees.
  • Run and produce department reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
  • Confident phone manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong administrative skills.
