We are pleased to be working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading Engineering Firms based on the outskirts of Ipswich. They are currently seeking to appoint a Logistics Coordinator to support their team.
You will be responsible for administrative and logistical tasks in addition to providing support to the office on ad hoc duties as required.
Key Duties:
- Ensure the right materials, labour and plant and equipment are delivered to each site.
- Record the volume of materials delivered to each site.
- Maintain and update company trackers.
- Arrange accommodation of employees.
- Run and produce department reports.
- Prepare and collate information required for site inductions.
Previous Skills & Experience:
- High attention to detail.
- Confident phone manner.
- Highly organised.
