Customer Care Expert

Our client, a leading name in their industry, is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Care Advisor to join their vibrant team in Ipswich on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role:

As a Customer Care Expert, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential and existing customers, answering their queries and providing information about our comprehensive range of products and services. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by:

  • Handling calls and emails with professionalism and a friendly demeanour.
  • Processing orders and preparing necessary correspondence with precision.
  • Liaising with transport hubs, depots, and clients to ensure smooth operations.


Working Hours:

    • Full-time position with standard hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Location:

      • Central Ipswich

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:

        • Strong spoken and written English skills (minimum Grade C in GCSE English Language).
        • Excellent negotiation and organisational abilities.
        • Outstanding communication skills across all channels.
        • A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
        • Proficiency in MS Excel and Office applications.
        • A genuine passion for customer service and teamwork.
        • Prior experience in the plant hire industry is a plus!
