  • Brainkind The Chantry has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join their dedicated team of healthcare professionals

  • The Chantry is a specialist neurological centre in Ipswich. We support people to thrive after a brain injury and/or a range of other neurological conditions such as Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis. We are committed to providing innovative neurorehabilitation and long-term complex care and disability management to improve the quality of life for people with acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions.

About the role:

•Responsible for assessment of service user needs and to develop an appropriate person centred treatment programme to meet individual needs

•To liaise and communicate with other health and social care professionals and volunteers in the planning and delivery of occupational therapy

•To ensure that up to date written and electronic records are maintained in accordance with Professional and Charity standards, and that sensitive information is held securely
