They are seeking a highly organised and detail orientated Business Administrator to join their team and help to support the smooth operations of the organisation.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative functions, including correspondence, scheduling, and document management
  • Assist with inventory management, procurement, and product ordering
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and other business partners
  • Provide general administrative support to senior management and other teams
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and assist in budget management

Skills & experience:

  • Previous experience in a business administration or operations role, ideally within the construction or manufacturing sectors
  • Strong organisational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
