Office Administrator - Ipswich - Salary £25,000-£30,000 - No weekend work

My client, an established and successful independent Estate Agent based in the beautiful town of Ipswich are looking for a super organised and efficient office administrator to join their thriving team. This estate agency has earned a fantastic reputation in the area for quality of service and provide incredible results for their vendors and buyers. This is a truly great team you will be proud to be a part of.

This is a very busy office so the role will be varied with no two days being the same. This role requires someone with an exceptional eye for detail who takes pride in their work and is very organised. The role also involves an element of reception duties, including welcoming clients and handling phone enquiries.

You don’t need to have worked within an estate agency as administrator but you must have previous experience as an administrator and be able to demonstrate an excellent level of spelling and grammar.

The role will involve the following:-

- Uploading property details onto major property portals

- Creating property brochures

- Typing correspondence and file notes (so a good tying speed is required)

- Designing posts and leaflets

- Answering the phone and monitoring branch emails to handle customer queries & ensure they passed to the correct team member to follow up.

- Scanning/filling

- Efficient diary management

- Registering details for potential vendors and buyers on the system

About You:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong spelling & grammar required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Professional and friendly when dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Able to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
