As an Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, from processing orders to assisting with market research and helping the sales team. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support business operations with essential administrative tasks.
  • Add and process sales quotes and orders on 365 Dynamics (training provided).
  • Process FullStop Security orders and manage MAP pricing with retailers.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to consumer enquiries and customer leads.
  • Check orders with the sales team before processing and handle returns (including Bolt Swaps).
  • Manage credit control with customers to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Conduct market research to support business growth and strategy.
  • Provide shipping quotes and assist with technical enquiries (e.g., "What bolts do I need?" or "How do I turn on my handset?").
  • Help prepare marketing and exhibition materials for trade shows.
  • Assist with stock checks and inventory control to keep everything in order.
