What You’ll Be Doing
- Support business operations with essential administrative tasks.
- Add and process sales quotes and orders on 365 Dynamics (training provided).
- Process FullStop Security orders and manage MAP pricing with retailers.
- Answer phone calls and respond to consumer enquiries and customer leads.
- Check orders with the sales team before processing and handle returns (including Bolt Swaps).
- Manage credit control with customers to ensure smooth transactions.
- Conduct market research to support business growth and strategy.
- Provide shipping quotes and assist with technical enquiries (e.g., "What bolts do I need?" or "How do I turn on my handset?").
- Help prepare marketing and exhibition materials for trade shows.
- Assist with stock checks and inventory control to keep everything in order.
