Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Offering high-quality administration support.
- Document management and control
- Manage a tracker of all site personnel tickets and training qualifications
- Upload Site documentation on to in house system and keep everything up to date
- Ensure all registers are completed and returned
- Maintain a site diary, site correspondence file and photographic record of the project
- Assist the HSE team documentation (Audits, CSCS cards, access card creation, PPE management)
- General office and administration duties (Scanning, organising, arranging)
Essential Skills / Requirements
- Have a methodical approach to site documentation.
- Confident liaising with site teams
- Construction / engineering industry experience
- Health and safety knowledge (experience in dealing with risk assessment reports)
- Excellent time management
- Microsoft office proficiency (Power Point, Excel, Word) and computer literate
- Holds their work to a high quality standard
- Adaptable as the duties can change across the course of the day / week
