Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee captivating content across various social media platforms, particularly TikTok and YouTube.
  • Handle all aspects of video production from shooting to editing, ensuring content is of the highest quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and practices to enhance our digital strategy.
  • Actively engage with our audience and clients to foster robust relationships.
  • Utilize design tools like Canva or Creative Suite to produce visually attractive content.
  • Collaborate with team members to craft social media strategies that align with our organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in videography, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
  • Proficient in managing and growing TikTok and YouTube channels.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, current trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Confidence in producing and appearing in video content.
  • A background in drama, though not mandatory, would be advantageous.
