Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Healthcare + Hybrid + Benefits

The Role:
- Lead and develop the packaging strategy across multiple product lines
- Ensure all packaging meets relevant compliance and sustainability standards
- Manage end-to-end packaging projects, from concept through to delivery
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including NPD, marketing, and supply chain
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations
The Person:
- Experienced in packaging strategy, innovation, and compliance
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Background in FMCG, Manufacturing, F&B, or similar sectors
- Able to work autonomously and drive change
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for sustainable, effective packaging solutions
