All Square Recruitment are working with a reputable employer based in Ipswich who are recruiting an Administrator.
Working out of their busy distribution centre in Great Blakenham, You'll play a vital role in supporting all company distribution centres.
The Administrator role will include
- Managing and entering customer data with care, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
- Coordinating customer deliveries as needed, ensuring a seamless service.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with our driving teams, and occasionally communicating directly with customers.
- Escalating any delivery-related issues to the depot manager promptly.
- Assisting with various ad hoc tasks to support the team.
- Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, aligned with the delivery and warehouse teams, to provide continuous support.
Required Skills and Experience
- The ability to respond well to challenges throughout the day
- A strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- High level of numeracy and literacy
- Competent IT user - Specifically using Outlook
- The ability to adapt and learn how to use new IT systems
- Experience of multitasking and problem solving
- Experience of Customer service or other Administrative roles.
