Admin support required for a busy team of a large organisation from the 2nd December for around 4-8 weeks. This is a key role reporting to the Department Director working alongside a number of key internal and external stakeholders. Duties include:
- Admin support specifically relating to compliance and funding requirements
- Provide a high quality customer focussed service to staff / apprentices / external stakeholders, acting as main point of contact for the team
- Organise and attend meetings, taking minutes
- Organise staff development, activities and events
- Update, upload, and maintain databases, ensuring data is captured in line with data regulations and contractual obligations
- Produce reports for the Director
Applicants will have confident and professional communication skills, admin experience and proficient IT abilities.
Hours: 4 days per week, 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch)
Salary: £13ph
