Are you a proactive individual with basic Data Entry and Mail Merging skills, looking for part time hours?
Key Responsibilities:- Database Management: Assist with managing the client database, ensuring telephone numbers and email address information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Customer Communication: Using the mailing and marketing platform Mailchimp to provide customers with latest business updates, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Email Check-Ups: Perform monthly email check-ups to ensure smooth communication and address any issues promptly.
- Flexible Working Hours: Enjoy the freedom to plan and control your own workdays.
- Basic Excel Skills: Comfortable with basic functions and data entry.
- Independent Worker: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage your own schedule.
- IT Literacy: While experience with Mailchimp is a plus, it’s not essential. We’re looking for someone who can learn and adapt quickly.
