We are a dynamic company committed to delivering high-quality services across various projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Supervising Multi Trader with supervisory skills to join our team for a temporary position.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to multi-traders on complex projects.
- Foster a positive team environment and support team members in their development.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a multi-trader, with supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of project management and risk assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; must be a people person.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated area.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
