At Riverside we recruit to potential not just on skills and experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the essential criteria on the job description.The difference you will make as a Retirement Living AssistantActing as an initial point of contact both on the phone and in the reception area, you will always ensure a professional and supportive approach is maintained, whilst working as part of a team to provide ‘best practice’.  You will assist in the day-to-day delivery of a comprehensive housing management service for Retirement Living, including working with tenancy agreements, ensuring all records and files are maintained and held securely to maintain confidentiality.About youWe are looking for someone with:
  • Experience of working in a customer focussed environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience of working with vulnerable and/or older people
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
