What You'll Do:As a Storesperson, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients production line runs smoothly. Here's a glimpse of your essential duties:

  • Stock Management: Issue stock parts to production as required and keep our system updated.
  • Quality Control: Check all deliveries for damage, quantity, and quality to maintain our high standards.
  • Kitting Process: Take charge of the kitting process, ensuring all parts are ready for production.
  • Reporting: Communicate any non-conforming parts to the Store Supervisor or Purchasing team promptly.
  • Stock Takes: Carry out regular stock takes and update the system to keep everything organised.
  • Safety First: Adhere to all health and safety rules, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates.
  • Documentation: Complete internal documentation and reports as required.

What We're Looking For:To excel in this role, you'll need the following skills and experience:

  • Technical Knowledge: Experience and understanding of various conventional and SMD components. Ability to read and interpret work instructions and BOMs.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in computer usage for stock management and reporting.
  • Communication: Strong communicator who can effectively relay information and ask for help when needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve safety concerns efficiently.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve common goals.
