What you will do:

• Provide physiotherapy services, assessing and implementing care plans for individuals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Focus on optimising independence and physical function, alongside symptom control for service users.
• Devise formal plans for families and carers to include physiotherapy interventions as part of their overall care.
• Promote choice in clinical practice, constantly seeking to enhance the service user experience and encourage open communication.

• Maintain accurate and secure written and electronic records in line with professional standards.

• Ensure a safe and confidential environment for service users, occasionally taking on additional tasks as required.
