Admin Officer

Location: Ipswich
Salary: 11.59 An Hour
Working hours: FULL TIME - Monday - Friday 9am - 5PM (37hrs a week)

If you're seeking an engaging opportunity to work within the Public Sector, we have an opportunity for you! Our Public Sector Client situated in Ipswich HMCTS are looking for an Admin Officer to join their team on a Full Time Temporary basis. As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless running of the general organisation. This is a Temporary position, however, is very likely to be extended.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking Inbound and Outbound Calls
  • Manage your own caseload until the case is closed
  • Reviewing Cases
  • Sending letters to external companies
  • Looking at Land Registry Searches and reviewing all replies
  • General Administration duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (desired but not mandatory)
  • Fluent in Microsoft platforms and previous experience managing an inbox.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Good computer skills overall
  • Ability to Manage high case load
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
