Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain information and check documentation from candidates, to ensure eligibility to work.
  • Verify candidate files for compliance with client specifications.
  • Collaborate with consultants and candidates to rectify discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and update systems promptly.
  • Assist in preparing compliance reports and audits.
  • Provide administrative support to the compliance team.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
