Job Description:

The Compliance Officer role is a pivotal one within our Organisation, and you will be responsible for ensuring that candidates within your sector fit the necessary requirements to legally be placed in services we support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation.

Processing DBS/Access NI/PVG (Northern Ireland equivalent/Scottish equivalent to DBS).

Chasing outstanding compliance.

Requesting and obtaining references.

Keeping a clear record of compliance and completed files.

Comply with company management systems, policies and procedures including accurate database management.

Identifying when processes can be streamlined.
