Creative Product Manager - Project Manager - Team Lead

Our client is looking for a Creative Product Manager. This role oversees the creation and delivery of innovative projects. You will lead a team, including designers, artists, and writers, driving creativity and managing the end-to-end workflow of projects. The role is based full-time in Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse design team.
• Oversee the creation of concepts and high-level designs.
• Ensure delivery of development-ready work packages, including clear documentation, and complete art assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine ideas and maintain workflows.
• Provide technical oversight on asset creation, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Good experience working in a creative environment/agency background.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
