Seeking a Product Manager for Leading Global Engineering & Manufacturing Company in Ipswich

We are currently seeking an experienced and analytical Product Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Ipswich. Our client is well-known for producing high-quality products that meet the needs of their customers.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of product development from inception through launch. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities of Product Manager:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the project management process with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that proposed designs are manufacturable and meet the needs of the customer.

Additionally, you will develop pricing strategies that align with sales forecasts and commercial goals.

You will also conduct market research analysis on new products or services, including NPD (New Product Development) opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills Required for Product Manager Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a product manager or project engineer with product management / development experience.

You should have a minimum of 3 years' experience within the manufacturing industry and be familiar with working collaboratively across multiple departments while consistently meeting deadlines.

You should be able to develop competitive pricing structures aligned with business objectives and have experience forecasting revenue accurately using data analytics tools such as MS Excel software suite.

You should have a business-oriented approach when making decisions related to profitability without losing sight of customer needs.

Additionally, you should be an analytical thinker with a clear understanding of how metrics work together to provide valuable insights into operational performance at various levels.

Location & Working Arrangements:
This position is located in Ipswich, UK, but do operate hybrid & flexible wokring, as ourr client is committed to providing a flexible working environment that meets the needs of its employees.
