Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
- Understanding and previous experience with the software Depotnet.
- Plan and coordinate allocation of Progressive Assurance checks for efficient delivery of check completions.
- Monitor the Progressive Assurance progress and report on project status to the management team and stakeholders.
- Ensure Quality standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance checks whilst Progressive Assurance checks are in progress.
- Ensure compliance is met with project and client specifications.
- Monitor project progress and check compliance and manage any issues that arise.
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to both supervisors, management, and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Represent the company in a professional manor when engaging with the client.
- To proactively support the project team and managers to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Work flexibly across project tasks based on company needs.
- Use Depotnet to support the training accreditations and competencies for the entire workforce in accordance with CityFibre training matrix.
- Support preparing and delivering the guidance of our team members to ensure quality standards and compliance are achieved.
- Act as a primary point of contact for team members, contractors and senior team and provide guidance, feedback and encouragement for achieving goals.
- Proven work experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
- An Ability to prepare reporting tools such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Strong client facing and team skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills. excellent planning and organisation skills with ability to meet deadlines and targets is essential.
