Trevett Services are working with a leadingNational Building Services and FM Organisationwho are looking to bring on anProject Managerto work in ofIpswitch.

This is afull time, permanent rolein addition to acar allowanceand a 10% bonus scheme.

Key responsibilities of the Project Manager

• Project manage M&E refurbishments
• Plan and program work packages efficiently.
• Provide financial reporting for project mobilisation activities.
• Assist in the preparation of quotations for projects.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring successful
  completion within scope, time and budget.
• Attend project meetings to discuss overarching project strategies and
  progress.

Experience required:

• Ideally would come from aFacilities Managementbackground
• Managed M&E packages
• Stakeholder management
• Worked on refurbishment projects
