Project Manager - Highways & General Civils - Ipswich

A leading engineering firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their team on various major construction projects in the Ipswich area.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, budget, and timelines.
  • Develop and implement project plans, manage risks and safety issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams, including internal resources and external contractors, fostering collaboration and achieving high performance.
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure success.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and documentation.


What We Need:

  • Has proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction / highways projects.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Is adept at using project management software and tools.
  • Possesses a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
