Our client, a global leader within the financial services industry, is currently recruiting for a Property Asset Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that pride themselves on providing a dedicated and trusted service to their clients

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the sale of properties in possession and voluntary sales
  • Proactively liaising with Executors and Borrower Representatives to ensure that Lifetime Mortgages are repaid within the contractual periods following the death of the borrower or entry into long term care.
  • Ensuring all loans are serviced in accordance with agreed client strategies in order to minimise loss on all loan portfolios.
  • Handling enquiries from borrowers, third parties and clients in accordance with SLA’s and procedures
  • Ensuring that service is provided in accordance with, and in excess of, the levels specified in the SLA, procedures and current legislation.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience from a similar role with an understanding of the property sale process and equity release loans
  • Strong Technical and Regulatory competence
  • Experience working to strict deadlines and targets
  • Strong time management skills with the capability of prioritising work
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy
