Pure are working with a business in Ipswich who are looking for a part time purchase ledger assistant to join the team.
The client is flexible on how the part time hours are worked over the week.
Main Responsibilities to include:
- Process all supplier invoices against Purchase orders on computerised ledger.
- Deal with discrepancies/queries either internally or direct with suppliers
- Ensure invoices are approved as necessary and that all invoices over 500 and passed to MD for final review. Correctly file all paperwork.
- Ensure processing to monthly deadlines in line with monthly accounts processing as advised by FD
- Responsible for producing monthly payment runs, seeking two signatures, the Chairman and either FD or MD.
- Ensure run reports and close off purchase ledger on a monthly basis in line with deadlines.
