CSG Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a well established organisation on the outskirts of Ipswich. Together, we are seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.
This exciting opportunity will allow the Purchasing Administrator to work a busy and varied role alongside a experienced and hard-working team.
Job Duties
- Managing purchase orders by creating, processing, and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Liaising and speaking with suppliers, resolving any queries and ensuring to give the best terms and pricing
- Monitor and oversee stock levels
- Accurately input purchase orders and supplier information on system
Candidate Attributes
- Previous experience within a Purchasing role would be beneficial
- Great organisational skills and strong administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload
- Good IT knowledge
