Flux Consulting have partnered with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, offering expertise in construction, project management, and dispute resolution. Weare seekinga highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveying Partner to join theteam and help drive the business forward.


You will play a key leadership role in shaping the future of thebusiness. You will lead and manage all aspects of the quantity surveying function, including overseeing a range of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing long-term client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, and contributing to the strategic direction of the firm.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Lead and manage the quantity surveying division, including the delivery of complex projects
  • Provide expert advice on contract law, procurement, and dispute resolution
  • Drive business development initiatives and grow our client portfolio
  • Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Support and mentor junior staff, ensuring continuous professional development
  • Contribute to the overall business strategy and operational management of the company

The ideal applicant for this position will possess;

  • LLM in Construction Law, MSc in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Chartered Member of RICS (MRICS) and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb)
  • Extensive experience in a senior quantity surveying role, with strong leadership experience
  • Proven track record in project delivery and client management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the growth and direction of the business
