Quantity Surveyor - Ipswich - 30,000 to 55,000 DOE

A Tier1 fit out company are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team based in Ipswich. This is an amazing opportunity to work on bespoke commercial projects across London, Suffolk and Essex.

You'll work closely with the Project Manager and Design Manager, ensuring everything from contracts to procurement runs smoothly. If you have an eye for detail, thrive under pressure, and love seeing projects come to life, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Quantity Surveyor you are required to:

  • Support project delivery and ensure financial targets are met
  • Assist with tendering and ensure contracts are in place before work starts
  • Review contract documents and manage potential risks
  • Help manage project programmes and cash flow forecasts
  • Coordinate procurement and subcontractors to meet project timelines
  • Monitor progress, handle variations, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Experience required:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Confident and outgoing personality with strong client-facing skills
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Previous experience within a joinery background (desirable)
