Joining an established commercial department you will work on multiple projects in and around East Anglia. You will predominantly office based in Ipswich and based on your current competency levels you will be enrolled on external training whilst getting stuck into the position. You will work under a senior overseeing the cost control of projects from project award through to final accounts.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious driven individual either with, or looking to gain a Quantity Surveying qualification. You will have some prior construction experience and knowledge looking to get into an exciting role where you will be thrown into a hands on environment within a close knit team.

The role:
- Trainee / Graduate Quantity Surveyor
- Full hands on training with mentorship from a Senior
- Working on Commercial and Residential projects from concept through to completion
- Overseeing the cost control of projects gaining hands on experience with more responsibility and progression as you learn the ropes.
The person:
- Aspiring Quantity Surveyor
- Analytical and critical thinker
- Motivated with a desire to progress through the ranks
- Good idea of Quantity Surveying and Construction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
