I am recruiting for a dynamic Commercial Property Negotiator to join a leading property consultancy that specialises in commercial property management. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the Commercial Agency Division, building strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial sales, leasing, and consultancy, developing relationships with investors, landlords, and tenants.
  • Client Relations: Cultivate and manage key relationships, delivering expert advice on commercial property transactions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and opportunities, offering strategic insights to leadership.
  • Strategy Development: Shape and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and meet profitability targets.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the division’s financial performance, including budget management and P&L responsibility.
  • Compliance & Best Practice: Ensure all operations adhere to industry standards and legal regulations, maintaining excellence in commercial property transactions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as property management, valuation, and research to offer comprehensive client solutions.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in commercial property sales, leasing, and consultancy.
  • A successful track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional service in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Strong network within the commercial property market and established relationships with key stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and regional commercial property markets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
