A rare opportunity to join one of the areas most successful independent estate agents as a Residential Sales Valuer.
Our client is looking for a super polished and experienced agent to join their established team in their flagship, high performing Ipswich office. You will need to be a very capable lister, ideally with experience of the Ipswich market or local surroundings.You will be responsible for:- Undertaking valuations
- Listing properties
- Leading and supporting the sales staff
- Running the branch efficiently alongside the Branch Manager
- Estate Agency experience local to Ipswich
- Capable at valuing and listing homes
- A driven and positive individual
- A great basic salary ranging between £25,000 - £27,500
- OTE of £38,000 - $45,000 but potential to increase that number
- To be part of a very successful business with very low staff turnover
