Our client, a highly respected independent Estate Agency, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team in the Ipswich area.

Sales Negotiator Requirements:

  • Proven estate agency experience with a strong track record
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet targets
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Target-driven and motivated
  • A collaborative team player
  • Full UK driving license

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and handle sales progression
  • Arrange property valuations
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
