Typical Duties Include:

  • Senior Sales Negotiators:
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
    • Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice
    • Negotiating offers and guiding clients through the sales process
    • Keeping up to date with local market trends to provide informed insights
  • Valuers:
    • Performing property valuations to establish accurate market prices
    • Preparing comprehensive market appraisals and reports
    • Advising clients on marketing strategies to enhance property value
    • Maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat business
  • Branch Managers:
    • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch
    • Leading and motivating a team of negotiators and valuers
    • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve branch targets
    • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining high standards of customer service

About You:

  • Previous experience in estate agency is essential
